FOOD CONTAINING COLORING PIGMENTS<\/strong><\/h3><p>Within 2 days following the dental hygiene, please refrain from eating and drinking foodstuffs increasing tooth sensitivity (juices, carbonated beverages, and fruits) and containing coloring pigments:<\/p><ul><li>Brown and black color: coffee, tea, cola, berries (blueberries, blackberries, etc.), chocolate, cocoa, balsamic vinegar, and soy sauce;<\/li><li>Red color: red wine, ketchups, red berries, tomatoes and tomato juice;<\/li><li>Rich yellow color: mustard and curry;<\/li><li>All non-natural dyes: fruit ice cream, carbonated beverages, most sweets and other products, the color of which strikes the eye.<\/li><\/ul><p>In two days, a thin transparent protective layer will be formed on the teeth, which is the norm, but was cleaned off during the procedure.<\/p><h3><strong>AVOID SMOKING<\/strong><\/h3><p>Avoid smoking for at least 2 days following the procedure, as cleaned bright tooth enamel with the plaque removed will get dark more intensely from the smoke.<\/p><h3><strong>PRACTICING GOOD ORAL HYGIENE<\/strong><\/h3><p>Use dental floss and interdental brushes to clean the areas between teeth, quality toothbrush and toothpaste, as well as irrigator. Hygiene procedures shall preferably be carried out after every meal, at least twice a day.<\/p><h3><strong>SUSTAINING THE RESULTS<\/strong><\/h3><p>To sustain the result of oral hygiene for a longer period of time, it is necessary to:<\/p><ul><li>change a toothbrush every 2-3 months;<\/li><li>use quality toothpaste and mouthwash;<\/li><li>use dental floss to clean the interdental spaces;<\/li><li>brush teeth at least twice a day;<\/li><li>introduce to your diet more solid foods (carrots, apples, cabbage).<\/li><\/ul><h3><strong>OTHER<\/strong><\/h3><ul><li>In the event of painful feelings and tooth hypersensitivity, the gums and interdental spaces should be treated with special preparations prescribed by a doctor.<\/li><li>Regular visits to a dentist to maintain the treatment outcomes, remove tartar or bacterial plaque and control hygiene should be undertaken at least once every six months. The oral hygiene for the patients who are treated with orthodontic appliances shall be carried out every three to four months.<\/li><\/ul><p>We remind that after the dental implant surgery, plastics and reconstructive jaw surgery, the warranty period of 2 years is valid only on condition of visiting the dental clinic at least once every 6 months for a routine checkup, as well as compulsory
