Please, read this memo carefully. Following the recommendations given here will allow you to reduce the discomfort, as well as minimize the likelihood of complications.
Today your tooth (or teeth) have been treated and prepared for the installation of a dental implant. This could cause a mild gum injury, which, in turn, could lead to inflammation, swelling, bleeding, and some soreness. It is extremely important to treat all these symptoms before creating dental implants that will be comfortable for you.
During the construction of your permanent crowns, temporary plastic crowns will be used to protect your treated teeth and form the gingival margin, as well as to preserve the chewing function.
If a temporary crown breaks or is not sitting properly, contact the clinic immediately. The receptionist will help you set up your appointment ASAP.
It is recommended that the temporary crowns are worn for 1 month. In cases, where the procedures require longer periods, the duration of wearing temporary crowns is determined individually.
Please, carefully follow our recommendations, the quality of your future dental implants largely depends on you!
