Mis on juureravi?
Juureravi eesmärk on ravida ja säilitada hambaid, mille juurekanalid on kahjustatud või nakatunud. Protseduuri käigus eemaldatakse kahjustatud kude ja bakterid juurekanalitest ning seejärel täidetakse kanalid spetsiaalse täitematerjaliga, et vältida uue nakatumise teket.
Tegeleme keeruliste juhtumitega, sealhulgas olukordadega, kus eelnev ravi on ebaõnnestunud ja juurekanaleid tuleb uuesti ravida. Hammaste juureravi mikroskoobiga tagab täpse ja efektiivse ravi, mis aitab säilitada teie hammaste tervist ja funktsionaalsust pikemas perspektiivis.

Juureravi näidustused:
- Tugev valu.
- Igemepõletik hamba ümber.
- Trauma või hamba kahjustus.
- Valu või tundlikkus närimisel või kuumade/külmade toitude tarbimisel.
- Infektsioon või mädakogumik hamba piirkonnas.
- Eelravi enne esteetilist restaureerimist (laminaadid).
Mikroskoobiga juureravi eelised:
Mikroskoobiga juureravi võimaldab hambaarstil näha juurte struktuuri ja kanalite anatoomilisi omadusi suurema selguse ja täpsusega, jälgida ravi edenemist ning tagada, et kõik kanalid oleksid korralikult täidetud. Juureravi on keerukas protseduur, kus hambaarst peab leidma kõik juurekanalid, sealhulgas väiksemad lisakanalid, mis võivad olla visuaalselt raskesti tuvastatavad.
Juurekanalite ravi mikroskoobiga toimub mitmes etapis:
- Anesteesia: Tuimestatakse hambaid, et tagada patsiendi mugavus.
- Juurekanalite avamine: Arst avab juurekanalid, et pääseda kanalite sisemusse ja eemaldada nakatunud kude.
- Puhastamine: Eemaldatakse juurekanalitest bakterid, infektsioonid ja kahjustatud.
- Desinfitseerimine ja ravimine: Juurekanalid desinfitseeritakse ja ravitakse antibakteriaalsete ja põletikuvastaste ravimitega.
- Täitmine: Juurekanalid täidetakse täitematerjaliga, et vältida uue nakkuse eest.
- Sulgemine: Juurekanalite avad suletakse hoolikalt, et kaitsta hamba terviklikkust ja vältida bakterite sisenemist.
Protseduur viiakse läbi kohaliku tuimestusega mugavas ja ergonoomilises toolis. Patsient tunneb end mugavalt nii füüsiliselt kui ka vaimselt. Pärast protseduuri antakse patsiendile suuhoolduse juhised taastumisperioodiks.

I had wisdom teeth removed and gum surgery done under general anesthesia, everything went well, after the procedure I received all the necessary medications and recommendations. I was very pleased with the choice of the clinic I contacted. The quality is top notch!
The professionals at Meerhof Clinic are amazing. I’m very happy that I chose to have my surgery here for the removal of complex wisdom teeth and implantation. It’s the second day after the surgery, and I’m feeling good – minimal pain and slight swelling in my cheeks. I’m very satisfied! I had been putting this off due to a negative experience with the removal of two other wisdom teeth at other clinics.
Great thanks for helping me resolve the wisdom teeth problems that bothered me for almost 8 years till now.Originally I was scared about extraction, especially after hearing many other people’s miserable experiences about such treatment elsewhere, many times. But with Meerhof I’ve never encountered any of those after the treatment. I got one horizontal wisdom tooth and two broken wisdom teeth, which led to need of removal of all four in once. It was performed under general anesthesia and I basically just felt like having taken a nap…and after waking up everything’s done. I could start eating ordinarily (without things too harsh) after three days.Due to pharyngitis, for me I experienced two to three days sore throat and running nose symptoms as a result from oxygen tube insertion. But they are no different than having caught a mild cold, and they will gone easily if you keep taking the medications prescribed by the clinic following their suggestions (every 6 hrs) afterwards. You don’t need to pay any extra fees for these medications. And if you don’t have pharyngitis or nosebleeds concerns then I guess you may won’t experience these.Just be careful with your tongue when you wake up from anesthesia. Don’t speak instantly otherwise you may bite your tongue…. And if you have carsickness then on that day try avoiding taking transportation for long as the reaction can be stronger. (But I really sincerely appreciate the clinic helped me ordered a Bolt drive back home with them paying the bill.) 💛Overall it’s a good experience. The price of treatment might seem higher than some other clinics, but their service quality indeed deserves it. I won’t hesitate to recommend Meerhof to all my acquaintances who also need to deal with their wisdom teeth problems.Thank you to Dr Igor and Nikolai, and all the other nurses/assistants who had participated in my surgery process (I really don’t remember any single thing from it so don’t know who you all are, sorry for that 🙁 ), and other admin people who guided me throughout the process. I sincerely appreciate everything.

An amazingly high-tech clinic! It feels like stepping into Elon Musk's research department 🙂 That's why I've been coming here for years to take care of my teeth. The doctors are incredibly kind and responsive. The receptionists are just gold! They always call or send an SMS to remind you of your appointment, and this really helps sometimes when you forget. Free parking is definitely a plus these days, especially in the Song Festival Grounds area.I've had a hygiene cleaning done here (by Julia Ljubtšenko), root canal treatment (by Dr. Vladimir Volkov), and a complex implant procedure with bone and gum augmentation, all under general anesthesia (just fell asleep and woke up with new teeth). For that, I'm incredibly grateful to the surgeon Dr. Igor Tkachenko and the incredibly cheerful anesthesiologist Dr. Nikolai Zaitsev.What earned my trust in this clinic was that during my first visit, they conducted a very thorough examination (felt like astronaut training). They took photos from different angles, did a 3D X-ray, a 3D scan, and later performed some sort of gnathological study (this was to ensure the jaw joint was in the correct position). So, I walked out of the clinic thinking, "Well, okay. What's next?" Another day, they provided me with a large set of documents containing a detailed treatment plan. If you've ever seen project documentation for building a house, it's very similar. They also explained everything and showed me a visualization of my future teeth, right on my own photo. I think this approach was the key factor for me.And they also offer delicious coffee to go! =)

The best dental clinic I have ever visited. The customer service is top notch, with all of the staff being helpful and very polite. I visited Dr. Volkov with a nasty tooth pain after a failed filling done by another doctor. Dr. Volkov suggested to conduct root canal treatment, which immediately removed the pain. This particular root canal prodecure was very difficult (upper back molar), however, Dr. Volkov used his knowledge and experience to complete it successfully. I absolutely suggest Dr. Volkov if you have any kind of tooth pain. I also love that there is free parking and that the clinic works on Saturdays.

I did orthodontic treatment in Meerhof clinic with doctor Valentina Kulak and it is the best experience I've ever had. I didn't have criteria for choosing clinic for my treatment except the timing. Meerhof was able to schedule an appointment in 2 weeks while others mentioned waiting times of at least 6 months for orthodontic treatment, so my choice was obvious. In addition to orthodontic treatment I also did teeth cleaning and whitening. I am very happy with result and with the process - every process was well explained, done with high precision and using high quality equipment. Valentina is very professional and friendly - every visit was always pleasant. All staff members take good care of their clients, the clinic has nice and cozy interior. It might be pricier than other dental clinics, but the quality is worth it.

Getting my wisdom teeth removed was such a positive experience! From the initial consultation to the actual procedure and follow-up care, everything went smoothly. The dentist and their team were incredibly professional and reassuring throughout the entire process. The actual removal itself was surprisingly quick and painless. I was impressed by how efficiently the dentist worked while still ensuring my comfort and well-being. After the procedure, the staff provided clear instructions for post-operative care, which made recovery much easier. I experienced minimal discomfort and swelling.
